Kevin A. Neveu is President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Precision Drilling Corporation and has held these positions since joining the company in 2007.

Mr. Neveu has 39 years of experience in the oilfield services sector holding technical, marketing, management and senior leadership positions over his career. Previously, Mr. Neveu was President of the Rig Solutions Group of National Oilwell Varco in Houston and held senior management positions with it and its predecessor companies in London, Moscow, Houston, Edmonton and Calgary.

Mr. Neveu is a former director of Finning International Inc., Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. and RigNet, Inc. He is also a former member of the Advisory board for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta. Presently, Mr. Neveu is an Advisor for the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy and in 2019 he acted as the Chairman of the International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Mr. Neveu holds a Bachelor of Science degree, is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta. He has also completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Neveu has served as a Director since August 2007.

Carey T. Ford currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Precision. He joined the company in May 2011.

Mr. Ford previously held the positions of Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations and Senior Vice President, Finance Operations before being named Interim Chief Financial Officer in March of 2016.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Ford spent seven years as an investment banker at Simmons & Company International serving clients in the oilfield service sector. Before Simmons, Mr. Ford worked as a financial analyst at Arthur Andersen and as an Associate at The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm.

Mr. Ford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Ford also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Since joining Precision in 1993, Gene has gradually progressed his way through the organization holding several positions with increasing responsibility across the organization, including Drilling Operations, Contracts, Investor Relations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Rig Construction, Procurement, Field Training and Development, and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Gene was appointed as an Officer of the Corporation in 2005 and held the position of President, Drilling from 2005 to 2019. Gene was most recently appointed to the role of Chief Marketing officer in July 2019 where he oversees the corporation’s strategic sales and marketing efforts on a global basis.

Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Calgary and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program. He is also an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is involved in industry associations as a Board Member of both the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) North American Onshore Advisory Panel and the Well Control Institute (WCI).

Darren Ruhr currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Ruhr has been with Precision since 1997 and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Services from 2005 to July, 2018. During the past 20 years with Precision, he has held various roles of increasing responsibility and has played a key role in establishing many of the business systems and technology that form the cornerstone of Precision’s operating infrastructure today. He also served as Corporate Secretary from 2005 to 2008. As Chief Administrative Officer, he oversees corporate business systems and network infrastructure, human resources, organizational effectiveness and performance, real estate and facilities, along with other administrative functions of the company.

Mr. Ruhr obtained his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in January, 2018.

Veronica Foley joined Precision in 2010, and currently serves as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. She is responsible for managing Precision’s legal and compliance department, including developing and directing the corporate legal function, selecting and supervising outside counsel and providing strategic legal and business planning, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and corporate financial transactions.

Ms. Foley has over two decades of experience in the energy business. Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Foley spent over seven years working at Norton Rose Fulbright, LLP. In private practice, she represented several international companies in internal investigations and handling litigation and international arbitration matters.

Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and French from Baylor University, and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law. She also serves on the boards of various educational and professional institutions.

Shuja Goraya currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. He joined the company in July 2018. Mr. Goraya will lead our strategic drilling technology initiatives designed to significantly enhance drilling process efficiency by leveraging automation, innovating new surface and downhole drilling hardware and software solutions, and optimizing data analytics. Mr. Goraya has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working in technology management and drilling operations roles at Schlumberger Ltd. in the United States, Canada, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Mr. Goraya was most recently Vice President of the North American Drilling Group responsible for Directional Drilling, Drilling Tools, Fluids, Bits, Integrated Projects and Land Rigs. Mr. Goraya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
