VERONICA H. FOLEY

Veronica Foley serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Foley joined Precision in 2010. She is responsible for managing Precision’s legal department, including developing and directing the corporate legal function, selecting and supervising outside counsel and providing strategic legal and business planning, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and corporate financial transactions.

Ms. Foley has over a decade of experience in the energy business. Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Foley spent over seven years working at Norton Rose Fulbright, LLP. In private practice, she represented several international companies in internal investigations and handling litigation and international arbitration matters, including class action suits, oil and gas disputes, toxic tort cases, securities issues, environmental, products liability and breach of contract cases.

Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and French from Baylor University, and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law. She serves on the boards of various educational and professional institutions, including the Houston Bar Foundation – the charitable arm of the Houston Bar and of Girls Inc.
