, KEVIN A. NEVEU , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Neveu was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of Precision in August 2007 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Neveu was President of the Rig Solutions Group of National Oilwell Varco in Houston, where he was responsible for the company’s drilling equipment business. He has held senior management positions with National Oilwell Varco and its predecessor companies in London, Moscow, Houston, Edmonton and Calgary.

Mr. Neveu currently serves on the boards of Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. and Finning International Inc. He has been a member of the advisory board of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta since 2009, and was appointed a director and a member of the executive committee of the Texas-based International Association of Drilling Contractors in January 2010. Mr. Neveu also serves as a director of a not-for-profit national sports governing organization. In 2012, Mr. Neveu became a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and a member of the advisory council for the School of Public Policy of the University of Calgary.

Mr. Neveu received a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta. Mr. Neveu is a Professional Engineer, as designated by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. In 2002, he completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

, Carey T. Ford , , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Carey T. Ford currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Precision. He joined the company in May 2011.

Mr. Ford previously held the positons of Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations and Senior Vice President, Finance Operations before being named Interim Chief Financial Officer in March of 2016.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Ford spent seven years as an investment banker at Simmons & Company International serving clients in the oilfield service sector. Prior to Simmons, Mr. Ford worked as a financial analyst at Arthur Andersen and as an Associate at The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm.

Mr. Ford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Ford also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

, GENE STAHL , , President, Drilling Operations

Gene Stahl currently serves as the President of Precision's Drilling Operations. Mr. Stahl began his career with Precision in 1993 on the drilling rigs in Southern Alberta, while studying Economics and Business at the University of Calgary. In 1996, Mr. Stahl joined Precision full-time in field sales. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Stahl progressed through various marketing positions for Precision. In 2001, Mr. Stahl was appointed as Investor Relations Officer for Precision Drilling. In 2003, he was elected to the position of Vice President of the Rental Division of Precision and in 2005 he was chosen to be the President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision. He served in this position until the acquisition of Grey Wolf in 2008, at which time he was appointed to President of Canadian Operations. In December of 2009, Mr. Stahl was named to his current post of President of Drilling Operations.

, DOUG EVASIUK , , Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Doug Evasiuk is Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing and was appointed to his current position in 2011. Mr. Evasiuk has over 35 years experience in the oilfield services industry.

Mr. Evasiuk began his career as a roughneck in Western Alberta and achieved increasing levels of responsibility in the field and within corporate sales, marketing and management functions. Mr. Evasiuk joined Precision in 1993 and has held several senior positions covering the Canadian, U.S. and International markets and managing the marketing of the company's drilling fleet as well as new build Super Series drilling rigs, directional drilling and other services supporting drilling activities.

Mr. Evasiuk holds a diploma in Petroleum Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has completed executive education coursework in the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

, DARREN RUHR , , Senior Vice President, Corporate Services

Darren Ruhr currently serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services. Mr. Ruhr joined Precision in Calgary, Alberta in 1997 in the role of Manager, Business Systems after working overseas for 10 years with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Bermuda Electric Light Company and the Cayman Islands Government. Since 1997, Mr. Ruhr has assumed roles of increasing responsibility and set up many of the business systems and technology that is the cornerstone of Precision's operating infrastructure today. He took on his current role in 2005 and is responsible for information technology, human resources and facilities within Precision. He also served as Corporate Secretary from 2005 to 2008.

, Veronica H. Foley , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Veronica Foley serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Foley joined Precision in 2010. She is responsible for managing Precision’s legal department, including developing and directing the corporate legal function, selecting and supervising outside counsel and providing strategic legal and business planning, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and corporate financial transactions.

Ms. Foley has over a decade of experience in the energy business. Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Foley spent over seven years working at Norton Rose Fulbright, LLP. In private practice, she represented several international companies in internal investigations and handling litigation's and international arbitration matters, including class action suits, oil and gas disputes, toxic tort cases, securities issues, environmental, products liability and breach of contract cases.

Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and French from Baylor University, and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law. She serves on the boards of various educational and professional institutions, including the Houston Bar Foundation – the charitable arm of the Houston Bar and of Girls Inc.
