ConfidenceLine^TM provides an opportunity to privately communicate and resolve sensitive issues through an independent third party that maintains confidentiality and anonymity to remove fear of reprisal.

Precision encourages people to report workplace concerns personally to a company representative whenever possible. However, if someone has concerns about using traditional reporting channels and seeks a confidential option, ConfidenceLine^TM accepts reports on issues such as accounting irregularities, fraud or theft, workplace violence, harassment, ethics violations, falsification of records, safety or security concerns and malicious damage.

In both cases, the report is forwarded to a representative of the Audit Committee of Precision's Board of Directors to be addressed in a secure environment.
