The Distribution Reinvestment Plan provides eligible holders of trust units of Precision Drilling Trust with the opportunity to reinvest the cash distributions payable on units towards the purchase of additional units on the applicable distribution payment date.
The Distribution Reinvestment Plan has been suspended, until further notice, for distributions declared on or after December 18, 2006.
