Catering includes a professional staff working in commercial kitchens to supply a variety of menu items.  A commitment to providing high quality meals means LRG uses brand name grocery products, high-quality meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and provides on-site baking. Meals are typically served buffet style with hot and cold entree options and meal schedules are determined with the client.
