Precision spends millions of dollars annually on investments to develop the skills of our employees. It begins with a Pre-Employment Orientation Program designed to provide any potential employee an overall orientation to drilling and service rigs as well as hands-on training. Other programs focus on specific areas, such as the Observation Communication Seminar, which is a behaviour-based safety awareness program.
