Kevin Neveu

KEVIN A. NEVEU - Calgary, Alberta

President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Precision Drilling Corporation and has held these positions since joining the company in 2007.

Kevin has 33 years of experience in the oilfield services sector holding technical, marketing, management and senior leadership positions over his career. Previously, Kevin was President of the Rig Solutions Group of National Oilwell Varco in Houston and held senior management positions with it and its predecessor companies in London, Moscow, Houston, Edmonton and Calgary.

Kevin currently serves as a Director of Bonanza Creek Energy and Finning International and is a former board member of Rig Net. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, a Director for a Canadian national sports non-profit organization, and an Advisor for the University of Calgary's School of Public Policy. Kevin is a director and member of the Executive Committee for the International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer, he has also completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program in Boston, Massachusetts.

Niels Espeland

NIELS ESPELAND

President, International Operations

Mr. Espeland joined Precision November 2011 as President, International Operations.

Mr. Espeland has over 35 years of experience in the international oilfield service and rig contracting industry.

He has spent most of his career working for international companies such as KCA DEUTAG and ESSAR Oil and most recently Weatherford International as Group VP for the Rig Division from 2007. Throughout his career, Mr. Espeland has managed on and offshore operations and companies in numerous international locations in Latin America, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Espeland is originally from Norway and holds an Engineering Degree in Petroleum Technology from Clausthal University and an Engineering Degree in Drilling Technology from Celle, Germany.

From 2010 to 2012 he served on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).

Doug Evasiuk

DOUG EVASIUK

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Doug Evasiuk is Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing and was appointed to his current position in 2011. Mr. Evasiuk has over 35 years experience in the oilfield services industry.

Mr. Evasiuk began his career as a roughneck in Western Alberta and achieved increasing levels of responsibility in the field and within corporate sales, marketing and management functions. Mr. Evasiuk joined Precision in 1993 and has held several senior positions covering the Canadian, U.S. and International markets and managing the marketing of the company's drilling fleet as well as new build Super Series drilling rigs, directional drilling and other services supporting drilling activities.

Mr. Evasiuk holds a diploma in Petroleum Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has completed executive education coursework in the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Ken Haddad

KEN HADDAD

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Ken Haddad joined Precision in February 2008 to spearhead mergers and acquisitions and new business initiatives and serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Previous to joining Precision, he was employed for 11 years at Halliburton in various roles. From 2002-2008, serving as Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, he mainly focused on international transactions. In his previous five years at Halliburton, Mr. Haddad worked on divestitures, project financing, business development, and managed a team of financial analysts. Before joining Halliburton, Mr. Haddad spent 11 years at MAPCO, Inc. His tenure was equally split, between mergers and acquisitions, which included corporate planning, and corporate finance along with treasury operations. Mr. Haddad's initial job was with Brown & Root from 1981-1985, where he served as a financial analyst evaluating projects.

Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science from Lowell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Rob McNally

ROB McNALLY

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McNally, Chief Financial Officer with Precision Drilling Corporation, has over 18 years of executive management, finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience in the oilfield services industry.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. McNally was an Investment Principal at Kenda Capital, leading private equity investments, strategic management and divestments of technology oriented oil service companies. Mr. McNally was previously CEO of Dalbo Holdings, a Utah based oilfield service company, and Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations and a member of the board of directors for Warrior Energy Services Corporation. Prior to his time with Warrior, Mr. McNally was an investment banker with Simmons & Company International for six years, primarily working with oil service companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Early in his career, he worked for Schlumberger in operations, sales and marketing. Mr. McNally has been a member of the board of directors of six private oilfield service companies and one public oilfield service company.

Mr. McNally holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, a bachelor degree in Mathematics from Knox College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University.

Darren Ruhr

DARREN RUHR

Senior Vice President, Corporate Services

Darren Ruhr currently serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services. Mr. Ruhr joined Precision in Calgary, Alberta in 1997 in the role of Manager, Business Systems after working overseas for 10 years with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Bermuda Electric Light Company and the Cayman Islands Government. Since 1997, Mr. Ruhr has assumed roles of increasing responsibility and set up many of the business systems and technology that is the cornerstone of Precision's operating infrastructure today. He took on his current role in 2005 and is responsible for information technology, human resources and facilities within Precision. He also served as Corporate Secretary from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Ruhr received an Honors Diploma in Computer Systems Technology in 1986 from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Gene Stahl

GENE STAHL

President, Drilling Operations

Gene Stahl currently serves as the President of Precision's North American drilling operations. Mr. Stahl began his career with Precision in 1993 on the drilling rigs in Southern Alberta, while studying Economics and Business at the University of Calgary. In 1996, Mr. Stahl joined Precision full-time in field sales. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Stahl progressed through various marketing positions for Precision. In 2001, Mr. Stahl was appointed as Investor Relations Officer for Precision Drilling. In 2003, he was elected to the position of Vice President of the Rental Division of Precision and in 2005 he was chosen to be the President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision. He served in this position until the acquisition of Grey Wolf in 2008, at which time he was appointed to President of Canadian Operations. In December of 2009, Mr. Stahl was named to his current post of President of Drilling Operations.

Doug Strong

DOUG STRONG

President, Completion and Production Services

Doug Strong was appointed President, Completion and Production Services in July 2010, and has over 25 years experience in the oilfield services industry. Mr. Strong began his career in 1982 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He spent six years in public accounting before joining a contract drilling company as their International Controller. In 1994, Mr. Strong joined Cactus Drilling as Controller. Cactus was acquired by Precision in 1997 and Mr. Strong served as both Senior and Group Controller of Precision. In 2005, Mr. Strong was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the financial position of Precision and was instrumental in the completion of the Corporation's acquisition of 123 United States based rigs.

Mr. Strong is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
