Kevin Neveu

KEVIN A. NEVEU - Calgary, Alberta

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Neveu, 49, was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Precision in August 2007 and nominated President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. Mr. Neveu was previously President of the Rig Solutions Group of National Oilwell Varco in Houston where he was responsible for the company's drilling equipment business. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Neveu has held senior management positions with National Oilwell Varco and its predecessor companies in London, Moscow, Houston, Edmonton and Calgary. Mr. Neveu holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta. In 1984, Mr. Neveu was recognized as a Professional Engineer by the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. Mr. Neveu also serves on the boards of; RigNet Inc., Houston, Texas (since 2004), the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta (since 2009) and he was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, Houston, Texas in January 2010.

Joanne Alexander

JOANNE ALEXANDER

Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Alexander, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with Precision Drilling Corporation, has over 18 years of legal and business experience within the oil and gas industry.

Ms. Alexander has held senior legal and business roles with several companies in the oil and gas industry, gaining exposure to oil and natural gas exploration and production business in North America, major oil sands development projects and international exploration activity. Most recently before joining Precision, Ms. Alexander was Vice President and General Counsel for Western Oil Sands until it was acquired by Marathon Oil Corporation in 2007. Prior to her time with Western Oil Sands, Ms. Alexander has held senior positions in the areas of law, business development, regulatory affairs and land administration with ConocoPhillips Canada, Burlington Resources Canada, Gulf Canada and Gulf Indonesia. She began her career with Macleod Dixon LLP, a Calgary-based law firm, including a posting to its Moscow office. She has also lived and worked in the UK and the United States. She is a member of the Bar in Alberta and Colorado.

Ms. Alexander graduated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan with Bachelor degrees in Law and in Commerce.

She is currently a Director and Vice-Chair of the Canadian Institute of Resources Law and formerly a Director and past-President of the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation.

Ken Haddad

KEN HADDAD

Vice President, Business Development

Ken Haddad joined Precision in February 2008 to spearhead mergers and acquisitions and new business initiatives and serves as Vice President of Business Development. Previous to joining Precision, he was employed for 11 years at Halliburton in various roles. From 2002-2008, serving as Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, he mainly focused on international transactions. In his previous five years at Halliburton, Haddad worked on divestitures, project financing, business development, and managed a team of financial analysts. Before joining Halliburton, Haddad spent 11 years at MAPCO, Inc. His tenure was equally split, between mergers and acquisitions, which included corporate planning, and corporate finance along with treasury operations. Haddad's initial job was with Brown & Root from 1981-1985, where he served as a financial analyst evaluating projects.

Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science from Lowell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Darren Ruhr

DARREN RUHR

Vice President, Corporate Services

Darren Ruhr currently serves as Vice President, Corporate Services. Mr. Ruhr joined Precision in Calgary, Alberta in 1997 in the role of Manager, Business Systems after working overseas for 10 years with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Bermuda Electric Light Company and the Cayman Islands Government. Since 1997, Mr. Ruhr has assumed roles of increasing responsibility and set up many of the business systems and technology that is the cornerstone of Precision's operating infrastructure today. He took on his current role in 2005 and is responsible for information technology, human resources and facilities within Precision. He also served as Corporate Secretary from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Ruhr received an Honors Diploma in Computer Systems Technology in 1986 from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Gene Stahl

GENE STAHL

President, Drilling Operations

Gene Stahl currently serves as the President of all of Precision's worldwide operations. Mr. Stahl began his career with Precision in 1993 on the drilling rigs in Southern Alberta, while studying Economics and Business at the University of Calgary. In 1996, Mr. Stahl joined Precision full-time in field sales. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Stahl progressed through various marketing positions for Precision. In 2001, Mr. Stahl was appointed as Investor Relations Officer for Precision Drilling. In 2003, he was elected to the position of Vice President of the Rental Division of Precision and in 2005 he was chosen to be the President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision. He served in this position until the acquisition of Grey Wolf in 2008, at which time he was appointed to President of Canadian Operations. In December of 2009, Mr. Stahl was named to his current post of President of Drilling Operations.

Mr. Stahl is an active member of the Canadian Association of Drilling Contractors and is a member of their Board. Mr. Stahl is also active with several not for profit organizations.

Doug Strong

DOUG STRONG

President, Completion and Production Services

Doug Strong currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Precision. Mr. Strong began his career in 1982 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He spent six years in public accounting before joining a contract drilling company as their International Controller. In 1994, Mr. Strong joined Cactus Drilling as Controller. Cactus was acquired by Precision in 1997 and Mr. Strong has served as Senior Controller and Group Controller of Precision. In 2005, Mr. Strong was appointed to his current position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Strong has overseen the financial position of Precision since that time and was instrumental in the completion of the Trust's recent acquisition of the 123 United States based rigs.

Mr. Strong is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
